I started up with a new Cambridge Diet councellor today. I've gone UP to 228lbs... I knew this bad week would catch up on me!

So here's to a new start.

Some before school fun

It's not often Draven and I get time to be silly in the mornings anymore. But because my mum had Brandon overnight on Monday night, Tuesday morning it was just me and Draven, like old times :)
So I put his Thanksgiving shirt on him (as I call it) for school, and tried to put his little spider cap on him too, but he doesn't like to wear hats, so we made a game of it. I took some photos as we were messing around, and naturally I made a scrap page of it.

I must be losing weight or something! haha!

I've had to take my wedding ring off for a moment to put my engagement ring behind it. My engagement ring is too big now!!

I was walking down the street earlier and it almost flew off my finger! It won't be long until I need to get them both resized!!

PHEW!!!

I was weighed today at CDC's house and found I've lost 2lbs. I'm really happy about that considering I've not been on the diet properlly since Thursday!!

That brings me up to a 38lbs weight loss :)

What does my husband look like?

It seems soooooooooooooooooo long since we had a mere 5 minutes together without interruption! I love my babies unconditionally but GIVE ME A BREAK!!! lol
I actually said to my mum recently that it seems so long since Shane and I spent some quality time together that I can't even remember what side of his face he has his huge scar...?

Thankfully mum's decided to take Brandon off my hands for tonight so I can (hopefully!) have a full nights sleep! Brandon's been up EVERY night for so long now! He slept through the night really early on, from about 4 or 5 weeks, but lately... forget it!

Let's just hope Draven stays in his bed tonight... I might just get some sleep!!! So excited about that!!!!

Sleep Tight

I overdosed!!

On Sudafed non-drowsy.

You're supposed to have no more than 4 in 24 hours, I've mistakenly taken 10 in the last 24 hours! I took it thinking it was my antibiotics.
I called NHS direct and they said it has something in it like speed. Which explains SO MUCH!

My pupils are dilate, I have dry mouth, I'm not hungry... I feel like I'm on speed

I need to monitor my heart rate for a while as I'm in remission for Hyperthyroidism!

Is it wrong that I wished I'd discovered this 10 years ago back in the day??? LOL

We're moving to America!

Shane and I decided in September that we're going to take the plunge and move to America! We'd not long ordered tickets to go out and visit his family for Christmas anyway so they can all meet the newest Conway, Brandon.

So initially we naively thought we might get done in time for December and just not come back. But after looking into the process more closely we realised it'll take longer than that.

Also, I want Brandon to have his 1st Birthday in England (if he'll be having the rest in America anyway), and I want my 30th in England with all my friends and family!!!

So now we're thinking around April time would be a nice time to move out there.

We got the ball rolling straight away and Shane sent off an I-130 petition for me. Then we made an appointment at the US Embassy in London for the boys to obtain their US Citizenship and US passports for October 2, 2009.

It all went very smoothly although it was a long day. We found out that by taking Draven to the States in 2007 on his UK passport, we'd actually broken the law!! No one who has claim to US Citizenship can enter America on any other foreign passport ~ OOPS! Thankfully they knew we had no idea and it was a genuine mistake.

A week later we got their passports though and certificate of birth outside the US.

We also recently got a letter through to say that my petition's been APPROVED! The next step is for me to arrange a medical at the US Embassy in London, and to fill out the relevant forms and arrange an interview at the Embassy.

We've decided not to do that until we come home in January after our trip as we need to save up for spending money etc while we're out there for our visit. The visa can wait until we return to England.

Last week we got Draven's Social Security card through the mail, now we're just waiting on Brandon's. So it's official, my boys are little American boys and can go to and from the US and the UK without any Visa concerns such as Shane and I will always have.

I'm really looking forward to moving out there, assuming all goes well with my visa. Shane's promised me a white picket fence to go around our house.

Mum, if you're reading this, I know you'll miss us but just remember, this is the path my life was always going to take, it's fate and the boys will benefit greatly x
