Well today I'm going to try and start juicing (again). I've got 100lbs to lose, but I'm happy just to lose 40lbs and slowly work on the remaining 60lbs. I've got thyroid disease (again!).
I NEED TO MAKE THIS WORK!
I'm allowing myself coffee (got to be realistic!), I just drank my cup of coffee and will juice my breakfast in a little while. I'm thinking, apples, oranges, strawberries, carrots and pineapple for breakie! :)
